LESSONS
Yes, we provide both face-to-face lessons as well as online lessons. Our face-to-face lessons take place at student’s house (home tutoring) while our online lessons take place on the Zoom platform.
Private lessons are 1-on-1 lessons, with only 1 student and 1 tutor. Semi-private lessons are small group lessons with 2-3 students (same grades) in one session, limited to the same subject.
Yes, all lessons are taught in English and all of our tutors can speak English fluently.
We follow the curriculum based on the student’s school (such as IB, AP, Cambridge, National, National Plus, etc.). We always align our tutoring lessons with the child’s school curriculum unless requested otherwise. Some students need to catch up on previous units or topics, and we will prioritize our focus according to the student’s needs (customized and personalized learning method).
Yes, we will always provide homework or additional practice so students can continue practicing the topic they still struggle outside of their tutoring lessons. We always discuss with parents to see whether this should be obligatory for their child because some parents would like their children to continue practicing beyond their tutoring sessions while others prefer their children to focus only on the homework they have been assigned at school.
Yes, we have tons of official IB, AP, IGCSE and A Level Past Paper Exam so that the students will be more familiar to the typical questions that will show up on the exam.
TUTORS
All of the tutors at Muhsi Course have degrees that include from Bachelor to Master. All of them can teach in English fluently and they are all enthusiastic people who have a strong desire to teach a subject that they are passionate about.
Yes, student will be assigned the same tutor for each lesson for each subject (1 tutor for 1 subject).
Yes, a request can be made for a specific tutor.
Yes, our priority is to make students comfortable and enthusiastic about their lessons and their tutors.
SCHEDULING

Each tutoring session is for 1 hour.
This depends on the student’s tutoring needs. Generally, we recommend 2 tutoring sessions per week in order to get through all topics the student has covered at school.
Any cancellation or changes to the schedule must be confirmed by administration at least 5 hours before the scheduled time. Without prior notifications, the schedule is considered taken. To reschedule a session please contact the administration at (halo@muhsicourse.com) or at +62 812-2300-0514.
Yes, student can request to add extra lessons, for example to prepare students for an upcoming quiz, test or exam.
PAYMENT
All tutoring lessons are post-paid on a monthly basis. We will send an invoice at the end of each month.
Payment must be done by bank transfer to our company’s local IDR bank account. Our bank account details are included in the invoice.
